TIMS v1 Overview

The following diagram provides an overview of how the various parts of the TIMS relate to each other. The following table contains a description of each item in the overview and a link/URL to it’s location.

Awesome Forms Awesome Forms connects to the Google Sheet and does 2 things:

  1. Renders a dashboard
  2. Provides an interface that allows you to edit a previously submitted form response

Alternatively, you can provide users with direct links to both the google form and the Awesome Table URL, therefore there is no need to log into WordPress at all.

 

IEDI TIMS Framework

Refer to the following table when naming Programs and Sessions that are hosted/provided by IEDI. Doing so will ensure that all references to IEDI activities in reports, documents, presentations etc. are consistent.
